Can You imagine?
What would happen?
If we could have any dream
Id wish this moment
Was ours to own it
And that it would never leave
East High's Senior class is focused on one thing and one thing only; graduation. With finals, prom and putting the final touches on college papers, that graduation is right around the corner. Of course, once it all comes to an end nothing would be the same again. All those friendships, relationships, etc that they have all established would be for nothing, ending for good on that last day of summer before they all go their separate ways.
If this was forever,
What could be better?
We already proved it was
But in 2,123 hours
Blend in the universe
Gonna make everything
In our whole world change
Everyone is acting like everything is fine, that they are excited to take that step into their new lives as college students. But to most it's proving to be harder then they originally planned. Troy has a decision to make, one that could change his life forever. Should he or shouldn't he focus on basketball instead of acting? Where would either one of those careers take him in life?
Gabriella knows she's accepted into Stanford, but will being accepted early tear everything she's established at East High apart? She's afraid to tell anyone about what she's thinking, hoping that everything would fall into place before she'd have to make a decision.
Ryan and Sharpay Evans are not as tight as they once were, but they both want that scholarship to Juliard. Sharpay is conniving as always, this time trying to get Ryan to stick with her so they both have a chance to get the scholarship. The only problem is that there's only one spot for the school and both want in. Would Sharpay go against her word to convince the judges to take them both?
Chad had his whole life set out in front of him from day one, knowing basketball was going to be in his future. He's proud to call himself a Redhawk even though he's still in high school. He's ready to leave everything behind, including Taylor. The only thing that's making him stop to think is Troy. What kind of basketball career could he have without his best friend by his side?
Taylor has it all. She had her whole plan set out right in front of her and hopes to someday become a president. The only thing stopping her is her college applications. She finished five out of seven of them and only wants to get accepted into only the best schools. And now with her best friend, Gabriella getting accepted early, she's ecstatic, but can't help but feel that something will be missing.
Oh we know it's coming
And it's coming fast
With prom right around the corner, everyone is desperately trying to hold onto their high school experience for as long as they can. Instead of counting down the days to graduation in pure joy, they are groaning as each day passes by.
So lets make our
Second last, make it last!
Follow the students of East High through their ups and downs of their last few months at East high. Watch as some students give up everything for something they have longed for for their whole lives while others are still unsure about their future.
But right now there's
You and Me(you and me)
Maybe when they find out that all they have is one another, they will be able to figure everything out. It'll all just fall into place.
When everyday counts, all you really worry about is what's Right Here, Right Now
